i repetitively throw things into the air and catch them. it doesn't matter what it is anything in range and sometimes i do it without knowing.

I have everyday compulsions that complicate my day. And if I don't do them... they stress me out all day... all night... until I do them... I'm thinking I have a mild case of OCD. idk...

I'm not sure. I also do this thing at school where I tap my desk in four groups of four groups of four groups of four for every class, and i get this anxious feeling if i don't.
