Default Canberra - View from Mt Ainslie

In the next installment of our adventures last weekend in Canberra I have a selection of pics taken from Mount Ainslie. The pics are generally looking across to Black Mountain and Telstra Tower, looking over the city and looking down Anzac Parade across the lake to Parliament House.

I've never been to Australia but is it true that zone over there has more of a Mediterranean climate?

No, I just take all my pics from my iphone.
But thanks, it's a nice area to get good pics.

Depends which part of the country you're in. The top third is in a tropical climate, vulnerable to cyclones and super duper humid. The middle third is sub tropical but has a clear 4 seasons, however winters are mild. The bottom third of the country has 4 clear seasons, not usually humid, can have some hot days in summer, but winters are often cold, wet and windy.
