Did your parents make you get a job at 14?

No I haven’t had to get a job, not many jobs now anyway with everything shut down

No. What I found most lucrative was washing cars. Where we live are fabulous vehicles. Sports cars, SUVs, luxury cars such as Maybach, Rolls Royce and Bentleys, I had top pics and clients with fat wallets.

But for that, I did a first class job washing and waxing high ends cars to a high gloss sheen that the people I worked for took for granted, but it was hard graft. There again, I was very fit and still am because I worked out.

Car washing is lucrative. If you can do it.

I got a job when I was 14. I worked under the table (for cash) at a local bagel place. I'm glad I did it, even though waking up on weekend mornings SUCKED at the time. It helped teach me perspective and hard work. I now find myself treating people in the food industry and customer service with way more patience and respect then I would have. It also helps you become more independent and be able to buy yourself the things you need and want (clothes, food, saving for a car). It's nice to have a bit of your own money you worked hard for at 14.

No but they didn’t stop me doing jobs for cash

I'm 14 now. My mom hasn't mentioned me getting a job but we're also in a pandemic lol so idk

I don’t think i will be made to get a job when I’m 14, plus I don’t really need one

No they havent said anything about me getting a job. Not really safe now with covid
