Why do I always feel tired during the afternoon? Is there something wrong? I sleep like 6-8 hrs a day

Maybe ur just overactive and by the
afternoon u tone it down. U mean u
sleep 6-8 hours a night Not day-right?
If u feel tired like this all the time even
with rest Id check with a doctor. It could
b a lot of things-meds that u may take or

Sleeping 6-8 hours a day is not uncommon. If you meant during the day after school and in the night too, then yes you should ask a doctor

If you sleep at least 8 hours a day, then you need to pay attention to the quality of your sleep. I had a similar problem when I slept on an old mattress. I had a backpain in the morning and I felt even more tired than when I went to bed. Now I pay more attention to the choice of mattress, pillows, bed linen. Now it's very hot, so I want to buy a new blanket, which is ideal for hot sleepers. I now read a lot of reviews on the Internet about different blankets, for example, the advantages and disadvantages of each blanket are well described here , but I haven’t yet chosen the blanket that really suits me. I did not know before that such things as a mattress, bedding, bed can affect sleep so much. If there are no longer any reasons for poor sleep, then I advise you to change something from bed linen and you will notice how much it interferes with good sleep.
