Just finished A Prayer for Owen Meany. Incredible. I recommend it to anyone (though it is long!)

Just started The Plantagenets, a history of the dynasty that ruled England during the High Middle Ages.

I haven't read "IT" yet but "The Green Mile" was really good. I have a few others on my list to read.

I am reading presently is James Hornfischer's:

"The Fleet At Flood Tide" (American At Total War In The Pacific, 1944-1945).

It is the story of the World War II air, land and sea campaigns that brought the U.S. Navy to the apex of it's strength that began the rise of the U.S. Navy as a global superpower. I suggest that anyone who is a WWII buff reading this in depth book as it contains many facts about the Pacific island hopping campaigns and the persons who were major figures, both Allied and Japanese, in this conflict.
