Default Obsessive thoughts about body/weight

Does anyone have tips for how to deal with this? I feel like I can't enjoy food at all anymore, I just obsess about the calories and then my body before/after. Lately I've been punishing myself for gaining or overeating by fasting and I'm scared this is going to slide worse and worse. :/

Food is good for you. Your body NEEDS food. If you're worried about taking in too many calories, then exercise more.

Fasting isnít good for you you need to eat, itís about eating the right food not the calories, itís best to eat food that will fill you up and is low in calories, itís like McDonaldís high in calories but it doesnít fill you up, vegetables can fill you up and are low in calories

You need food to survive. Not eating can become an addiction, and could be life threatening. Try exercising more, that could help.

Unfortunately I have no tips about this. I suggest you get some professional help about this.

Once upon a time, I had over a million siblings. Only the two of us made it. The rest died alone in the dark....

Thanks for the replies everyone. Exercising more could help. I do exercise every day in some way usually but tbh not enough.

It's very hard and I understand what you mean. It's one thing to watch what you eat but you can't obsess over it.
