I had a panic attack early in the day. I got through it and thought "You know what I can use my experience to help others.". So I started taking notes of the warning signs, coping methods, and how to help someone who is having a panic attack. Remember it is different with everyone.*

It is different for everyone. Some people shake/twitch uncontrollably. Others who have become well at hiding the visual signs will just seem distant and zoned off....

I haven't really thought about this before. But didn't really have to.
Relationships are ... complicated. You basically give the person a loaded gun and you must trust them. Trust that they won't do anything to hurt ... Trust them not not to pull the trigger. You are at their mercy. You are on your knees in front of them. There isn't much you can do. You can either give them your all or keep that wall up. Just waiting... expecting to be hurt... knowing its coming.

Guys say girls are difficult to understand. While girls think guys are. I must be a black sheep cuz I feel like people in general are complicated.
I don't know what about them, maybe the fact that we all process differently. Or the fact that we react to situations differently. The fact that scientist don't fully understand how our "personality" develops kinda proves my point. They are still arguing over "Nature v. Nurture".
