So for 11 years of my life i have been doing Taekwondo.
I have managed to keep myself in shape until last year.
But since i stopped doing i taekwondo i have gained some unnecessary weight.
At the moment i have some knee injuries which hurt when i run or even just walk. So i have no clue what the hell i can do.
I have begun to take my bike to school every day now.
It is about 3.1 Miles (5.1km) to school, and then 3.1miles to get home again. So a total of 6.2 miles of bicycle ride everyday.
Has anyone got some suggestions, to how i can work out, without putting to much pressure on my knee?
And what do you guys use as an motivation boost?
Thanks in advance guys,
Tommo :]

Being a full time student and working multiple times a week makes it hard to get a doctors appointment. Maybe i should be getting one.

Hello u Tommo. I am feeling really bad for you. First of all you should go to a doctor and tell him about your pain. You can start exercise with this pain but slowly and don't force your knee to do this with you . I hope you will be fine soon. My prayers are with you. Reply me about your health soon.

get knee surgery, if necessary. consult a doctor about your knees first, he can tell you what's wrong if you don't already know.
after you get that fixed [surgery or whatever] DO NOT WORK OUT, EXERCISE, OR ANYTHING before it's healed. i recently pulled a muscle in my back playing volleyball, and i had to not exercise for a week at least. i decided that it wouldn't hurt to go back early, but i end up hurting myself worse.
motivation boost, just remember that working out will make you feel better after you lost the unnecessary weight.
