Parents Having Sex

OK so last Friday night about 1 am I got up to go to the bathroom and when I passed by my parents room i could hear the bed going so I knew they were having sex. Trouble is I didn't feel good about hearing this and for some reason I wished they would stop. I've never thought about my parents having sex before and really don't want to go there. I banged the bathroom door shut pretty hard and when I went back the sounds had stopped. This experience hasn't made me feel good and I don't understand why. I don't feel guilty, it wasn't my fault I heard them. Have you ever heard (or even worse seen) your parents having sex and how did you feel about it? Is my reaction normal and is it something to do with puberty?

i heard them at 6 am when i was 8 and i knew they were but i kinda understood that ppl have sex, how do u think u got here in the world lol. i didnt feel guilty cuz i was in my room and could here their bed lmfao but i just went back to sleep, i felt sryr for my brother his room and is right next to theres lol

Once when I was 15 I walked in on them but they were under the sheets. Awkward. We never spoke about it afterward and it didn't really matter to me. I was kind of curious as guy who had never messed with a girl at that point in my puberty....but I don't dwell on it.

I have heard my parents and it's just... O.O oh my god. it's horrible. i wish i never heard them, and it truely is scarring. :/
I think your reaction is normal because I had the same reaction, except for slamming the door. o.O it really sucked being in the same small, damn building with them that moment. D: god awful.

I have walked in on my parents many times, When i was younger i felt terrible but now when it happens i just tell em to quiet down or just walk away like nothing happened. It began to not affect me the older i get i just accept it as something everyone does and they just happen to be my parents.

Why did you have to close the door hard? They're married, they are allowed to do it, and you have no right to stop their enjoyment...
Yes I have heard my parents have sex, it wasn't the most pleasant thing, but I didn't do anything to make them stop...

No, no, yes. They do have the right to however have sex when they want. They are the adults and its their house. But I think you were just a little startled by the whole ordeal.

when i was like 14 i woke up at like 2 am and heard my mom moaning like crazy so it pissed me off. i thought they were in the bathroom because the shower was running so i start hitting the door. about 5 minutes later my older brother walks out of the bathroom and laughs because my mom woke me up and he jsut got home. lol
