I think we need to develope a way to stop kids too young for the site and just plain stupid sarcastic users from being able to open new threads and such. Maybe a certain number of posts before being able to create threads.... sorry i dont really have any other better ideas, but i just get sick of seeing stupid threads like "post you bra size" from a guy who doesnt justify a good reason.

Any other ideas?

If you have problems with certain users, go to their profile and add him or her to your ignore list. As long as they are posting within the site rules, there isn't a reason why a potential good member should be restricted to only posting, not making threads. All that would cause is members sticking what they would put in a thread on another, even if it was related or not. That would do more harm then good because threads would go off topic. The admins and mods will remove threads that they think aren't appropriate. If you have a problem with how a forum is doing contact one of the mods and they should help you out. Kids that are found too young for the site will be dealt with by an admin.

Ya, kids signing up before they are the appropriate age is problem but there isn't much you can do about it, there is no way to detect somebody's age.
