So im really fucked up recently, As soon as im not with people or bored with them ill start thinking about things i can self harm with and how to kill myself.. Its worrying people i know , they can tell when im thinking about it. A couple have been on anti-depressants in the past and have said they helped alot. Is there any way i could get hold of some without talking to a doctor/psyciatrist as i really dont want to talk about why i think about it.
Thanks, x

Not that I know of. Anti-depressants require a prescription, and you have to get one from a doctor, which requires discussing your problems. I promise it isnt that bad. Talking about it can help a lot, take a lot off of your shoulders.

Well, anti-depressants don't require a prescription, but it's only legal when you have one. lol
Don't self-medicate. See a professional.

Well if you want to get them illegally, then no, you dont need a prescription - but that would be stupid to do.
