My doctor prescribed me an antibiotic for a bladder infection, turns out, I'm allergic to it, I get acid backed up in my stomach, kinda like acid reflux, so now I need to get off of it, worse news is, I think some of the symptoms of the reaction are still here >.<

If you have an allergic reaction to something, stop taking it straight away. You need to go and see your doctor and make him aware of this.
In terms of the 'acid reflux' like symptoms you're presently experiencing, they're not life threatening so you don't need to immediately worry. Try taking some indigestion medication to quell it for now (we have things like Gavascon for that in the UK).
