I use Windows most of all. I also use Mac OS X, in my computer art class.

Currently Windows 7. Not exactly the smoothest way to run a 4 year old computer, but oh well.

What was cool about it? What was your favorite part of using them? I admit using a Mac is one of the things I love about my Computer Art class.

I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
But I like the look and feel of Mac OS for some reason

Windows. Never used anything else. I wouldn't be opposed to Mac OS

I use all three equally, although I despise the Mac OS it's required for my school. My laptop has dual booted Win 7 and Linux.

I have a Vista laptop, which I prefer over the Macs we have in school but I think they're a couple years old. I kind of prefer Windows over Mac in terms of general hardware etc. Linux looks pretty good though, but i've heard there's little support for them if you're not really a smart person with computers.

Scuba, if you want support for Linux go for Ubuntu, or Red Hat. (Red hat is a payed version of Linux that I believe comes with support.)

I have W7 on all my machines. It is brilliant.
I have done some work with Ubuntu though, it is an awesome free OS.

Ubuntu 11.04 Beta "Natty Narwhal" - Not for the faint of heart.

More freedom and security than any Mac or PC.

I have to use Macs at school sometimes, and all the other PC's I have are Windows XP.

I use both Ubuntu 10.04LTS and OpenSuSE 11.3. It takes forever on my 5 year old machine, but it runs OK. Or not?

Windows XP. My favorite OS, though I've yet to use 7 at home. My school has an enterprise version, and it's not that great. I've heard great things about the home editions though.

The Professional edition is possibly the best. Like MS say "All the Pro's use Professional". ;)

I use windows as a more general gaming platform OS.

Then, I use Mac OS for more professional stuff such as photo editing, movie making and such.

Mac OS is much more for professional usage rather than windows.
