Truthfully the best solution is to try not to do it :)
The ways I used to hide it was actually using coverup the right color of my skin, no one ever said anything. And if you ever want to you can PM me.

Well, depending on exactly where you cut on your arms it may vary. If you only did it closer to your wrists, then you might be able to hide it with some thick bracelets (preferably tighter ones, so they don't slide around) also, you could try something like this if the cuts are higher up on your arms.

You can wear short sleeves and arm warmers, and it shouldn't be too hot. Cover up can work too if you have the right color, but i don't think it's as good.
Like Amo said, quitting is the best solution, but i know that's not as easy as it sounds, but I suggest you please try. And even if you can quit, it may be too late for some of the more recent cuts. Regardless, I hope this helps.

Let me be repetitive:
Best is to not do it. But ya know what? I know how it goes. Stopping isn't that easy, so it's probably a bit silly to point out the obvious.
We ALL have been through that at some point or another, most likely. Hiding it is a big problem you have to face. And it is hard, and can be embaressing, and blah blah blah. Shall I share what I do?
I work at Subway. I have to wear short sleeves. I know I SHOULDN'T cut my arms but sometimes I can't not. So I use a really thick facial base over them and then a bit of powder and some concealer. Spray hairspray on it so it doesn't melt off.
They make shirts that are partially long sleeved and go down just below the elbows if you cut further up the arm---
I wear a super thin over-jacket like thing all the time. It only goes to just below my elbows and isn't thick nor does it close in any way. It's just to cover my shoulder and what not.
A better solution? Stop doing it on your arms. There are other places. Less dangerous places...
And, once again...
Not at all!?

Your arms are the most dangerous place to do it, they are also a pain to hide. So like the others have said I wouldn't do it there? Or at all?
Okay to cover your arms up you can-
Wear long sleeves/ a thin Cardigan
Wear arm warmers/ bracelets/ watches
Use makeup to cover it up/ fake tan also dramatically fades them
Have you thought about trying to fade them too? With things like bio oil.
Hope this has helped a bit :)
