Terry Jones, the Florida pastor who oversaw the
burning of a Koran last month, said he did not
feel responsible for theviolent protest at a United
Nations compound in Afghanistan today that left
at least 11 dead. Instead, he said the violence
proved his point.

Personally I think that man isn't worthy of the title pastor. Everyone, I think, should respect everyone else's beliefs. Wether that be Christian or otherwise, it shouldn't matter, and to go as far as to burn Korans is rediculous! I can tell you, over here in the UK he is not a particularly popular character, as I'm sure he's not in the US.

He was invited to give a speech at the recent EDL rally in Luton. He was almost allowed in before Stephen Lennon realised he was just a bit too crazy - as did the foreign minister. And as you know, the EDL have thousands of supporters. Lots of supporters are in MY school, in MY year, and know fuck all about Islam and its influences on British society.
