Masturbation and pimples

Is it true that when you masturbate you get more pimples. I heard this from a friend and I jay wanted to know if you guys have noticed this

Pimples on the face or genitelia?
Personally I wouldn't think so due to the fact that when you masturbate you release endorphines and i do not beleive that endorphones can cause pimples. Acne is caused by blocked pores and stress and sometimes allergies.
Now, if you do not wash well after masturbating and then place your dirty hands on your face that, then in turn places dirty or bacteria on your face thus clogging the pores and the result is acne.
In a way masturbation could cause acne but if you stay clean I do not think so.
