I'm not very good with these kinds of things, but I'll give it a try.
You're definitely doing the right thing by exercising a lot, but how do you eat? Are you watching what you eat? Exercise is great, but if you gain all you worked off in one meal, then it's going to be hard to lose weight.
All I got to say is. Eat healthier, and don't eat till the point of stuffing yourself. Just eat till you're satisfied.
Another thing. Give yourself more time to get to your goal. Trying to get fit in less than 2 months is not good. You will only end up getting frustrated with yourself.
Just do your best. Don't work at it so hard that you hurt yourself.

Oh, enjoy baseball, and just have fun! :)

I thought diabetic meals were high in cholesterol or something that makes you gain weight
Maybe I'm wrong.
Anyways, eat a lot a lot a lot of veggies, whole grains, etc.
Only drink water
and continue to exercise.
Youll be fine dw about it

Ok So if your working out and 14 you must be hella hungry so its not always what you eat but how much you eat vs how much you work out cardio is the best way to louse fat. i gained some weight after I broke my hip I did a lot of swimming and ate a bunch of small meals through out the day

You probably eat three meals a day then right? if you dad is diabetic? Eveyone's body is different, and the way you lose weight and the way I lose weight could be two different things. The way to start is instead of three big meals a day, eat smaller meals 5-6 times a day. you can still eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but eat a snack in between breakfast and lunch and then again between lunch and dinner. Also, have something to eat before you go to bed. It's actually healthy to do. Drink lots of liquids. Even if you are drinking juice, or sports drinks or milk. Just drink lots of liquids (not pop. nothing carbonated unless it's carbonated water). Continue to exersize, but you need more than cardio. the #1 way to lose weight is by growing muscle. Weightlift. Building muscle burns more carbs, and fats than anything else. You can lose more weight by weightlifting in one week than you can by riding a bike 3 hours a day for 2 weeks. So you can still do cardio, but also weightlift and build muscle. so while you are losing fat, you might GAIN lbs from muscle, which is good.

Here's a side story: I weightlift every day, and 12 weeks ago, I weighed 165 lbs, and i was 13% bodyfat. This morning i re-measured stuff, and I'm now 175 lbs, but I have 10 % bodyfat. so I'm gaining weight but losing fat. I look more buff, I have bigger arms and chest, and it builds self confidence and gives you more motivation.

All in all, watch your diet, have a good workout three times a week (rest! resting is the most important part of weightlifting) along with cardio. Drink lots of liquid, and just be physically active. If it's a nice day out, instead of choosing to play a few hours of video games, go outside and take a walk, or go play basketball or whatever sport you like to do. Climb a tree that's always fun (I do it all the time. I love it). get a job that requires you to be on your feet. ....If you have a choice between sitting and playing games, or doing something, try to find the next motivational level and take an hour off of video games. Even ONE hour less of video games and doing something physical can make a huge difference.

Aim for something small from time to time... if you say you want to go from 236 pounds to 100 you won't ever feel motivated...
I weight about same as you, but I tell you that I feel comfortable with my body... :)
