What are some things, like activities that I could spend time doing with my therapist in session? i am trying to spring us up a new schedule (my therapy homework). i have just created a list of workbooks were going to order from amazon. They are the following:
http://tinyurl.com/healinggrieving
http://tinyurl.com/12monthbible
http://tinyurl.com/devotionaljournal
http://tinyurl.com/angerwb
http://tinyurl.com/sexualityself
just so you get a jist of what were dealing with with me. i need to think of ACTIVITIES (drawing, coloriing, computer game, instrument, voodoo, etc) that i could do that would help me process the following problems i have. an example would be that i have grief from losing my dad, so a thing we could do is write him a note, attach it on a balloon and send it up to heaven. so, if u kinda get what im looking for, please helf me think of activities i can do with my therapist. or any books you reccomend. or ANYTHING theraputic. thanks.

You picked a great selection of books to use. I would suggest that you use scenarios. Have your therapist come up with a scenario and then go through it. Talk about what and why you would do the things in your scenario that you are doing. Take the time to think the whole way through them.

This is homework, yes, but I think you'll get better suited answers in Psych Ward
