Rep => Thanks

i notice that almost nobody uses the rep system but my new idea is changing the rep system to giving out thanks to useful posts. like this for example.

the negatives are- don't thank the person or the admins can take away a thank(somewhat like a post count).

We can't even know who gave us the rep... and like you said already not many people use the rep system... I think that would be useless

ive seem it on a few forums and its used a lot, just a click on it and its done, you can see whos thanked you aswell.

To use the rep you just need 2/3 clicks and still not many people use it

If you are gonna change the rep system a lil, I would love if we could:

See the whole list of our rep
See who sent the rep
I would appreciate if you did that :)

You could convert number of rep points converts into thanks, or just start from scratch. But then again I realy dosn't think it matters you shouldn't be judged by a number.

Excellent. But for now, I suppose I'll let everyone see the last 10 people who gave them reputation. If this causes some uproar because someone knows who gave them negative reputation, then the Reputation system might be cut all together.

I personally did not like that choice. I like the Rep System better than a Thanks System. I believe before we could minimize the Last Reputation Recieved column, but now I can't. :santa:
Oh well.

oh wow, now why weren't we able to see our rep givers back then? i like how we can see our rep givers right now. (snapshot of rep givers takened :) :D )
