Where i live chicks go for looks and ass holes(personality i mean) They do not like a nice guy, you need to constantly harass teachers and say bad words to everybody so chicks can like you. Im talking about where i live and i havent lived any where else but here so i cant say much about anybody else.

Girls love guys who have confidence but not too much. Girls love guys who are nice to have conversations with and would listen to her. And of course girls like guys who are well groomed :)

If ever you fiind girls thaat like jerks and douche bags, it only means that they don't really want a serious and good relationship with him and would most likely break up with him in less than a month. I hope i made some sense to you guys.

Talk to her. But not too much because some girls may find it creepy and annoying if a guy thy don't know keeps talking to her. Try doing small talk with her and earn her trust.
Unless, you're already friends with her then just keep talking and especially listening. When you think you've already gained enough trust and talking to her isn't awkward anymore, ask her out :) haha, hope i helped.

as a girl, i think it is a mixture, but for me more personality than looks. A guys face is important to me, as well as his hair, but if he's an asshole then im not goin near him.

If its just a one night kinda thing then obviously looks, but if i want to be with a guy then i need to be attracted to them just a little, but nothing is more attractive than a great personality :)

What we mean when we say you like the assholes is not you literally like the assholes, it's the fact they act completely different around you than the do around guys. We may tell you a guys a total douche and you'll be all "But...he's so sweet <3" when it's really just him being a douche and you always know it after he cheats/turns into an ass.

In my experience, that's true as well, though it seem girls get attached to the wrong guy way to easily.

I couldnt have put it better myself! I 100% agree and would like to add that girls that like douche bags not only just want a fling, but they usually have self esteem issues/ or arent very nice girls to begin with
