Eat more. You're just skinny, that's what happens! Gain some weight or do some muscel work outs that pay close attention to your shoulder!

What age are you? If you're young it's probably because you're naturally skinny and your bones are still developing.

well, 2 things cover up bones: muscles and fat. so if you have bony shoulders, you're skinny and lack shoulder muscle development that would hide the bones.
i'm a big proponent of weightlifting, and proper shoulder work as a part of that is excellent and will help with the boniness. however, even with muscular shoulders, as long as you aren't fat there's going to be some boniness. i have big shoulders, and there's still some bone sticking out. it's just the way the body works.

Well i'm 16, average body, i have a good amout of muscled cause i workout but i've always had reallly bony shoulders; i can't have a girl rest her head on them cause it hurts her lol.
I don't think it's cause of a lack of muscle/fat, but because i'm really big boned.
