Foreign Exchange Students

Normally you wouldn't expect a Foreign Exchange Student to be popular, right?
In my school, we have really popular FES. Fabio(Germany) Phillip(Austria) and Giam(Belgium) are the biggest 3 I can think of.

Are FES popular in your school too? Or is it just mine? :P

I've actually never seen a foreign exchange student or ever been around one. I'm from the Chicago area and i think that's kinda weird that we don't get any of them. Maybe Chicago just doesn't seem like an attractive place to them haha.

That is pretty weird haha. My town only has about 14,000. And our school is pretty small. And yet we have like 10 FES haha

Maybe that's what they look for, small towns. My suburb has about 20 thousand and my school near 2000

we had Chinese FES in February. I wouldn't say they were extremely popular. with their hosts, yes, but not the school
