tips?

i'm going on a schooltrip to Italy in April but i'm quite scared to be honest. i have a lot of cuts on my legs and no one from my school knows of my SH. i'm really afraid people will notice when changing clothes, since we're in a hotelroom with four people. also we have to go swim one of the days. it would be strange to not wear a bikini then, right?

i'm so scared people will find out, it's the only thing i can think of... if they do find out i'm sure the whole school will know it.

also, i do not know how to survive a week without cutting.

does anyone have tips to hide the scars better?

Can you get changed in the toilets? And if the cuts are on your thighs you could always wear a swimming costume and mens swimming trunks? Just tell people you're self concious.

i think it won't be possible to change in the toilet, since people are certainly gonna ask questions and ain't gonna buy it if i tell then it's uncomfortable

You could wear a sarong i think thats what its called? and its like a little skirt you tie around your waist and it goes to your ankles and went on a school trip and when i changed i changed in the bathroom they didnt ask me anything but if they did i would have said im just insecure about my body or something :)

I don't think your friends would question you getting changed in the toilets too much? And if they do say you're on your period so yeah... you wanted to "sort yourself out" as it where in there.

That'd also work as an excuse for not swimming as well.
