ipod songs fast forward

[love is louder]

i downloaded the new software for me ipod touch weeks ago
all of a sudden when its on it randomly starts to fast forward my songs! there is nothing wrong with the file but i cant find any settings
i know theres a "shake shuffel" thing on there but i turned that off
any ideas ?
