No, it's never wrong to be gay. In some religions, they view it as "dirty" or "wrong" but I am completely against that belief. I don't think anybody should be able to influence how you feel. I am Christian, and I'm Bi! It's completely normal. :) ~Caitlin

Well many Christians see it as 'wrong' but I know that a lot Christians these days (like myself) don't care, it's just a fact of life. I do often find however that it's Catholics who are more anti-gay, but still there are many Catholics (like myself, again) who don't care :)

Best argument: If God made us all and is so against homosexuality, why did he make gay people?

The christian teaching says that it's wrong to act on homosexual feelings. But it's up to you how you live your life, not religion. Tonnes of things are sins. Haircuts and wearing shoes are sins! Go with what you feel is right, God can't punish you for the way you feel :)

Honestly I still wonder today why people rely on a bunch of bullshit salty all men wrote thousands of years ago saying what we should and should not do.

You are who you are, I believe god makes all of us, and we all have a purpose in life. I do not believe however that he makes us gay because it is wrong and we need to learn to not act on those feelings.

A religion does not own you. It can not tell you who you love and who you have sex with, only you can do that.

There is no such thing as universal wrong or right, only your perception of such.

I don't find anything wrong with being gay at all, but im not religious either for that matter. But even my (VERY christian) best friend finds nothing wrong with me being bi at all.

If you are not selective in believing the inspiration of the Bible, then gay is wrong but you can convert from gay or abstain from gay acts or thoughts and be a good Christian.....but I haven't able to do either and find myself a hidden gay with a girfriend and kid.....and very religious family who would have to come down on me if they knew of my inside gayness. So I please them outwardly and end up a total hypocrite. Don't go there. It hurts too much every day.

I really no longer believe.....but am not brave enough to stand up and be who I am.

I was preached by my religeon teacher for years that homosexuality is wrong. And because of this i dont want to have a religeon. Im just glad i can be myself with out being told that homosexuality is wrong by a church

It doesnt say ONCE in thhe bible that you can't be gay. Although it does say; Marrige shall be between a man and a women.. But that doesn't mean being gay send you to hell.

Being gay is absolutely not wrong. If it feels right(you're attracted to the same sex) it is right! No need to fight it! It's like you totally love the color purple but have been taught you shouldn't like purple, umm, why is that? IT DOESN'T MATTER! As long as you are who you are and stand up for yourself your life will be as good as can be. Nobody's life will feel complete ever if you have to suppress certain feelings you have. Umm, to answer your question about the homo thing, I think that christians in general are taught being gay is wrong because why else would you even ask?
