Purple Thingy

Ok, umm, I cut myself alot yesterday, and well there's some purple stuff around the cut. It's not big and all it's just very small but I don't want to get an infection or anything like it? I also pulled my right leg muscle yesterday. I had some toilet paper and tape in my room last night so I put it on my arm, maybe that's why there's some purple stuff? If you need any more information just ask me. I can't post a picture though, I don't need attention and I don't have a camera.

Myabe it is bruising? Can anyone else tell what it may be?

You can get a bruise by cutting? I'm not gonna ask anybody else cause then I'll need to go to the hospital and get those stupid anti-depressant pills.. again.
