Hmm...this is hard to judge. Losing a pound a day is a big goal and may not be healthy. You would lose 25 pounds in 25 days. :/ Anyways, throwing up is not a good way to lose weight. It may start to evolve into a case of Bulemia. In Bulemia, it is common to not want to stop. Try to drink lots of water and eat food a little at a time. The vomiting may be your body responding to the change in diet, however.

A pound a day is VERY ambitious and I would say impossible because your body will soon go into starvation mode.

I'm unsure if your throwing up is delibrate? You said it's for no apparent reason... so you don't make yourself throw up? If you're not making yourself throw up then it is not bulimia, although from what you've said earlier in the post you do have issues with your body image.

Yeah I mean I thought bulimia was when you made yourself throw up, if you're throwing up for another reason then thats like medical..
But I don't think you should be concerned with your weight you're a healthy weight and a pound a day is so unhealthy..

Sorry maybe I was unclear but I am forcig myself to throw up but at the same time lately I've felt like I need to. When I say for no reason I mean like not because anyone calls me fat or anything

A pound a day for 25 days isn't going to happen. Make sure you know that before you lose a pound a day for a week or two and then suddenly can't lose that much anymore. Your body will just go into starvation mode, and whatever you eat will be put on as fat, because your body doesn't know when its next meal is coming.

Are you binging before you make yourself sick? Or are you just making yourself sick after normal sized meals?

In a way I'm binging because my mom is forcing me to eat dinner which is usually something like chickenburger and fries. So it's like I don't wanna eat that. And would I really gain fat doing this diet if I'm exercising too? Cause I'm involved in so many sports. I'm always active

Also I lost 1.6 pounds from yesterday.

A meal isn't a binge, a binge is an abnormal amount of food, so around 2000+ calories normally.

Yes you would gain fat. Once you eat again, your body will be in starvation mode and every calorie you eat will go on as fat, because your body doesn't know when the next meal is coming.

I used to lose over a pound a day, and a lot of people start off like that, but soon you'll stop losing weight that fast, because your body is storing as much fat as possible. It gets to the point where you can't eat more than one meal a day without putting on weight, just look around the forum, you'll see what eating disorders have done to people's lives, you don't want that to happen to you.

It's normal to not want to throw up. It burns your throatt, kills your esophpagus, have horrible heartburn. Plus it doesn't make you lose weight, your body is still holding onto the calories, and just making you more hungry. I know I'm being blunt, but look at what your doing to yourself, please get help for this, before it gets worse.
