hey im new here so feel free to move topic to another forum :)
im 13, 14 in 2 months, and ive recently began to work out. that includes 20 jumping jacks, 50 sit ups, 40 push ups, and about 5 mins on 20 pound weights. i was wondering if i am starting to work out to early, and when would I expect to see physical changes? (six pack, etc)
thanks:D

It's never too early too work out. Admittedly, most people wait until they're a senior in high school, but it doesn't mean you can't. Also, most kids your age tend to get their workout doing other activities (mainly that crazy sport called football). If you are getting exercise by that, then your extra working out isn't necessary. If you don't play those, then I would suggest working out.

Agreed. You are never too young to start, just make sure that you don't overwork yourself. :D
You might have to wait a little while and consistently work out to see changes such as a six pack, etc.

Hey i do football i workout 10hours a week dont over do it cause if you lift to much you can get hurt and starting earle is better so then you can get better and for results that verys it can take couple months if your pretty good in shape or up to a year if your over weight

The likelihood that you'll see any considerable muscle growth/physical changes at your age is slim, sure you may get toned abs but you're still technically in a childs body and your muscles haven't finished developing yet (depending on your own personal growth of course, this is just typical speculation.) Just be careful that you don't get too ahead of yourself at this rate and try and lift weights that are too heavy for you, this will not only hurt you but will damage you and your personal growth in the long run, damaging your muscle development and bone growth effectively stunting growth.
Basically stick to mostly cardio and core exercises at your age, don't be thinking your Max Power and trying to push yourself too hard or lifting too heavy and you'll get a nice build applicable for your own age group.
