So there is this band I like, they are German, and they dont have them in the United States iTunes store, so I look in the Netherlands store. And they had them. So I was wondering, can I buy stuff from that store? Since they cost euros and all, Im not sure. And I know that like one euro is like $1.20. I just wanna know if it is okay before I do anything.

I don't think it will let you by them, because your account is U.S. registered. I've tried before, it wouldn't let me.

yep. I tried that once and it didn't work for me either. You could always try Limewire, they usually have anything.

I recommend downloading limewire and just getting you music from there. Yes it is ilegal by law, but the site states otherwise.

BearShare is better for music, I always get faster downloads and better search results, its also just music so its not loaded with porn every search you do.
