Worth the extra money? Total bull shit? What do you think?
It's true that it is noteably faster than most 3G speeds, however is that extra speed boost, plus a few other extra goodies, worth the extra money?

It's really not worth it unless you plan on teathering your phone to your computer.
Trust me, 3G is MORE than fast enough for mobile web browsing/streaming video/video conferencing. Especially when you consider that the majority of the time, when people are using the internet on their phone, they're within range of (And using) a Wifi network.

Yeah thats a good point, but how significant is the browsing speed increase? Is it just a nudge or is it quite noticeable?

I don't know if 4G is necessarily faster. But I do know that a lot of the 4G networks are not really 4G because they do not fit the specifications.

I've read online that the whole "4G LTE" thing Verizon is putting out there won't actually be as fast as people anticipate. The same thing goes for AT&T's new "4G" network, which in my opinion is a bunch of shit cause they can't even handle their own 3G network.
I would wait till it all rolls out, read/watch some reviews, and then make your purchasing decision. Never be a first buyer, cause generally it turns out bad.
Look at the iPad 2's launch haha.
