With self harm. I decided today. I don't know if its sheer optimism, or whatever, but thats it. For the first time in ages, years, blue skies ahead. I feel like Churchill after the british victory at el alamein. I'm done with this, I'm moving forward. Hell yes.

Yay! Good luck Matt :) (yay, someone else to join the club. I thought this area was getting a bit depressing anyway). You are very strong, you'll get through this. It just takes those official words first and then you can be on your way :)
