Hi. I am basically a complete noob about body building or excersise and just hope to lose my excess fat and get a nice bod. I want to acheive my goal by March or before pool season.

Male
15 Years Old
150 lbs
6'0
my bmi is surprisingly at 19.7
Estimated body fat of
Lean body weight: 114.4
Body fat: 30.6
% Body fat: 21.1


My Main Goal: Is to lose all my excess fat and gain abs and pecs. I do not want to pursue huge muscles, i just want a skinny body, and then defined

Note: I can not get any drugs or supplements or whatever you call them. I just want a decent diet please.

You can easily make it before march. Just do a few push ups and sit ups a day with a light jog. Eat more fruit and vegies and u will be fine.

and i started my jog on tuesday
and i am giong for my daily 20 min. jog

im sorry but a few pushups and sit ups wont do it. you should work out 4-5 times a week with running in between. if you want to be toned you have to build muscle which takes weightlifting. or ALOT of pushups. ive been doing full workouts since august and i still dont have totally toned pecs.

Pectoral muscle is probably the hardest to gain quickly. But you need to start off slowly otherwise your rbody wont be able to take it, and you could do damage to yourself.

I'm a BOY of 14 yr and weight about 95 Kg, but the problem is another, I've some breast and I don't know if it is from the weight or something else? :confused: please advice.

Mr. Mime, next time create your own thread but;

Your 'breasts' as you call them are due to lack of a healthy diet. I know because i am also chubby. I find that eating lots of chicken, cheese and other dairy products increases the breast size over time due to the amount of easotrogen (female hormone) (<< sorry about spelling) that gets pumped into the hens before being processed. Try to eat more fish, and beef with lots of vegies and fruit. I would suggest eating fish 3 times a week with beef another 3 times and then having eggs on the other 1 night.

Just find a good nutrition site.. Some are helpful some are not.. But the main thing realy is not to eat the wrong shit and to excercise
