Being young and inexperienced could play a part in this, or sex just genuinely isn't all you thought it would be - there are many potential reasons why you didn't reach climax, but those two would be my first choices.

Well, you are 14, and you know nothing about they way sex should be done. And you might have not been as turned on, because you did say it wasn't as good...

Nerves are my first thought. You were expierencing something new and were nervous that it wouldn't be passionate and feel good. And it was your first time. The more you do it the more it will feel better and you will know how to pleasure your gf more. Good luck next time!

As others have said it was your first time so you were just getting your bearings. I wouldn't expect sex to be everything you want it to be until you have had a lot more of it on a regular basis so you can learn. Not saying that you should right now though because 14 is a little young IMO
