I just got a gym membership and I was wondering how many times you guys go a week and what your favorite thing to do there is? I go once or twice and mine is the benchpress its pretty cool :p

I usually work out everyday, but I do try to do some workouts outside. My favorite thing to do at the gym though is spinning.

My friend does sooo much spinning and swimming he is a sick ass wrestler so he needs to cut weight a lot

I have a membership to the YMCA. I Primarily play basketball and use the treadmill when I go there. I used to go daily, but bad habits have fallen in place unfortunately =/

Same here.. Now I just use my gym in school

i go from monday to thursday and my favorite is the Summit Trainers

I used to have a gym membership and used the pool and treadmill, I dont like the weights as much. I cant deny that half the reason i went was for the changerooms hehe

I'm kinda forced to workout everyday but I still enjoy it.
We usually run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
-Monday is a long run around 4-5 miles
-Wednesday is usually a series of Jog, Spring, Jog, Walks. Or some type of conditioning run
-Friday is usually about a 3 mile run at a slower pace then Monday's run

'Mustle Failure' is on Tuesday.
Its pushups and situps or other types of workouts until you can't do them anymore.

Thursday is "Fun PT" days.
We do something different every time.
-Tire Flip rellay races
-Combatives (Wrestling/MMA)
-Reallay races on the hills

You should make some schedule for what you will do on what days. Just make sure you're not working the same mustles day after day. Thats when you get injuries. Plus a good balanced workout schedule is the most productive workout...

I go with my dad because that's our father/son "time" together. We just go about once or twice a week. I'm tryin to work on my pecs an if you look at my pics you know I need to. I also use the eliptical trainer for about 40 min but my favorite part is just chillin in the sauna.

I try to go at least once a week to the gym with my dad. Then theres once or twice after school at our school's gym, and random swim/ski/track practices. It's really just about how often you wanna go. As for my favorite machine, I'd have to the assisted chin-up. It's great since I can't do them, but they're great with a 15 pound assist
