Well, this has been happening a few times now.
I first installed Chrome on my last hard drive. I noticed it starting to get slower for some reason. When I got my new hard drive after it died, I was on IE for a while, and finally decided to install Chrome again. It's been fine, but surely enough, today I've been having issues that I was associating with my Internet. However, I have five bars for wireless. I tried IE, and my web surfing is much faster. Does anyone know why this is? I thought Chrome was better than IE

It should be.
Do you have the BETA version though, I've heard of loads of problems with it.

Are you maintaining you're computer? Deleting your cookies and your cache memory, defraging the hard drive or anything like that?

One of my extension things on Chrome deletes my cookies and cache automatically upon exiting the browser. I don't know about defraging the hard drive though, whatever that is (I'm semi-literate with computer, mind you. My stepdad is a software engineer, so I'm a little above average but I'm not a genius) but the hard drive is rather new still, though this still happened before I got the new hard drive.

I use an open-source project version of chrome called chormium and it's by far the fastest browser I've ever used. Check it out! I've reccomended it to 3 or 4 of my friends and theyve all loved it.

I used to be a Chrome user; loved the browser to death. But then YouTube bombarded me with Internet Explorer 9 ads and I had to try it out.
It's now my default browser haha. I really think you should check it out!

... I switched from IE. Blegh. My stepdad gave me his typical choices, IE and Dell, and I've always stuck to that just because it's what I've known. Other than this issue, I much prefer Chrome. If not for anything else, for the extensions.
It isn't doing this any more, oddly. It's been fine for the last couple days. But it seems like I have this issue on and off.

I would use Chrome, but from what i've noticed Firefox is better at streaming video, but Chrome is a tad faster loading pages.
