Whenever I talk. Like sometimes, it would make a highpitch voice. It's anoying. But is this part of puberty?

Do you sing? If you do, folks sometime have higher voices than others and when they talk loud their voice may crack.

I do not have a high voice either. What happens when your voice cracks? Is it like this?

singign has nothing much to do with puberty, other than a few things that are interesting: its a great indicator of how fast your voice is deepening...also, if you start singing young (like i did) and stick with it, singing often, it can lessen voice cracking, and your voice change will be MUCH more smooth and neat

The exact same thing happens to me a LOT. Like every other hour on every other 3 to 4 days...
It's embarrassing...

I sang in a professional treble choir for two years before my voice changed and I didn't even notice it changing until I went to check my range on the piano and thought "Hmm, I've never been able to hit that note before."

My voice kinda skipped the whole cracking part. It just all of a sudden got deep like over the course of 4 days.
But yea, its normal.

The high pitched sound is produced by your falsetto, which is in a simple explanation, the air moving oddly against a little bit of skin instead of a smooth flow of air.
