I was browsing the web and came across these slendertone belts.

Anyone used them or thinking of giving them a go?

I am considering getting one, but am a little skeptical

For those who don't know what i'm on about, they are belts that tone up abs, apparently 20 mins use is like doing 120 abdominal crunches.
http://www.slendertone.com/ Fairly pricey but could be worth it.....

Thoughts?

Or you could just do the 120 crunches, you're a young male such activity shouldn't be too hard for you. If you're self concious of your own weight at the minute then the fact that you done the exercise yourself and have lost the weight/added definition or whatever yourself will feel all the more satisfying... It'll also prove cheaper too.

I would be skeptical too. It might work but what benefits are you actually getting out of it? Would you rather spending 20 mins wearing some belt or spend 3 minutes doing 120 situps/crunches?
I truely believe the best way to get better abs are to build more mustle is doing the exercises that are meant for that part of your body.
