I want a job. Although experienced people are finding it hard to get a jb, so chances for a 14 year old who can only legally work 2 hours on a weekday? Zero.

Yeah, I have a job.
Do delivery for my next door neighbor's/boss'/friend's Chinese restaurant.
Note: He is not my next door neighbor's boss' friend. He is my next door neighbor and my boss and my friend...

The king and his men stole the queen from her bed
And bound her in her bones
The seas by ours and by the powers
Where we will, we'll roam

Yo, ho, all hands
Hoist the colors high
Heave, ho, thieves and beggars
Never shall we die!

I'm looking, but don't currently have one. Immigrants take all the jobs up here, illegal and legal.
Mostly illegal.

for a 14 year old probably no good jobs unless you know someone but once you turn 15 apply at McDonalds that's where i work and we hire new people a lot we like just revamped everything and hired like 6 new people. i wouldn't suggest McDonalds if you want a slow paced job but if you can move fast and can stand on your feet for long periods of time then McDonalds is the perfect place. Its a fast paced job but easier than pie!

Heheh :P I wouldn't like to work here forever, but it definitely beats fast food industry a thousand fold. It's a nice job if you don't have a college degree yet. And if you have a thing for coming home smelling like coffee. Yum. There are a shit-ton of Starbucks' and a lot of other smaller coffee shops in cities I find, there's always a Starbucks looking for employees really, so anyone who wants to work there would have quite a few shots at it, depending on where you live.

OP is twenty, I don't think he's too concerned about jobs a fourteen/fifteen year-old can get... just saying :P

It's impossible to get without the agreement of you Citizen supporter, through him you get the Visa to work around here. Really, getting a job here is probably the hardest job ever.

Yeah, I have a job. I've been at the same place for four and a half years. I do food prep, cashier, closing and make pizza, used to be a delivery driver.

I'm currently looking for either a full time job to replace it or another part time job to go with it.

If you're looking for an entry level job, I suggest food service, grocery courtesy clerk or retail. Anything in customer service looks great once you're ready to take your life to the next step and get a better job.

I'd like the money... but that's it. A job will take away most of your freedom, and also it's extremely hard to find a job these days. Apart from those reasons, I'm just too lazy.

It may take away freedom at the time but the stuff you gain from it will give you more of it in the long run tbh, or so i've found

I work at Subway. Have for the past year and something days/months! Epic. EPIC SANDWICH ARTIST!

It's good to have a job before your an adult (as a teenager) because it teaches you to manage money at a young age. 95% of people who get jobs as a teenager are more successful as adults.

I have a few jobs actually. I am an EMT in the ER at one of the hospitals near me and then I also draw blood (Phlebotomist) for the same hospital. I am a sub-music teacher for three of the local studios around here (I mainly only work on the weekends for them) and I am also a full time high school student. Oh yeah, I am also a lifeguard during the summer in addition to everything else.

I usually mow during the summer with my brothers as a main source of income. But my brother decided to try and take over the business, kicked me out, and in the process lost all of our lawns... So i'm currently job hunting as well. Word of Advice: drive or walk up and down any near street to your house/apartment and walk into each store and ask for an application. Even if they are not hiring fill out and turn in an application just in case someone quits unexpectedly they could call you.

Yeah, I've had a job since I was like thirteen or fourteen, and I used to watch dogs and babysit. I work at my summer pool at the snack bar for two years, but they treated me like shit, and I've worked at chick-fil-a for over a year now. I also volunteer.
