When i hang out with my girlfriend and her brother around. I feel weird around him. He's the same age as me (13) and i feel "weird" around him. is it puberty related!?!?!?!?!?! it's startin 2 b like really awkward

Wth do you mean by 'weird'. Weird can be many things. If you mean there's a slight sexual tension between you and him then it's probably just your hormones.

So I'm guessing you are kinda atracted to him? Or that you want to jackoff with him or something? Anyway, there is nothing you can really do about it unless you tell him to get lost, which might not go so well. So, mabye you should blame it on your hormones.
