pokemon black/white users, can someone PLEASE explain the c-gear to me? serebii's thing is too confusing for me :P

(Even though there's already an entire thread dedicated to B/W I guess I'll answer.)

The C-Gear is basically a tool full of communication features.
Like infrared to quickly establish a wireless connection to save time going to the Pokemon Center. And also you can quickly exchange Friend Codes using this feature.

And the Online Feature with Game Sync which connects you to the Pokemon Global Link Website to access the Dream World and other features that are explained on the website.

And Wireless communication which is Basically a Tag-Mode type of thing. You can visit your neighbors Pokemon World and complete basic Co-op Missions or just walk around the world with your friend.

There are some small things like Polls which are automatically asked and answered in the background when you pass another person with Black or White with the C-Gear on. Also you can see where people around you are playing on the Map and what they're doing.

And If you have a Nintendo DSi or 3DS system you can do a 4-way video chat with other people who also have a DSi or 3DS within your range.
(Although video chat is kind of pointless if you are only 30 feet or so from another person.)

So that's pretty much the C-Gear.
