It's a GTA 4, fan-made movie called 'The Trashmaster'. It only has 1 or 2 voice actors and not much dialogue besides narrating but still a good movie to watch. It's one clip that's an hour and 28 minutes long. It's definately worth checking out if your bored and have broadband.
