Depends how far along in puberty you are, you could just be a slow developer in which case you've still got plenty more time to grow. I wouldn't say thats small, just below average probably.

I think that sounds pretty good. I am 14, but I am 5". You still have like 6 years to grow. Some guys aren't done till 20 or 21. Anyway, what I am saying is that you have nothing to worry about! Even if you do stop growing today, 4 inches is still enough to please a girl during intercourse.

Yep that's normal. Guys at 14 can be like from 4-6 inches. Im 14 and I'm 6, but I may not get any bigger too. You'll probably catch up soon.

im 16 now, but when i was 14 i was around 5 inches hard. But then i got my growth spurt and grew to be 6 feet tall and my penis is 8.5 inches. But dont get worried about the size. If a girl cares it wont matter. But your still young so dont worry you will grow.
