I'm getting ready to enlist in the National Guard but I'm 11% over on body fat requirements, thats bout 25 lbs I think, roughly at least. Anyways whats the best way to drop it within a couple months.

well like my mom dose eat low cal foods like fruit and veggies only and add on to that by excersizing a healthy amount daily (just an idea) but that takes more than a couple months :(

Well what I plan on doing is running and stair steppers, I aint really 'out of shape' per say, I can do my fair share of physical activity and im cutting pop out of my diet

pop= bad when u want to loose fat. also consider watering down juice by half. drinks are very shugary and shugar = fat... except for water olbiously

Ya I plan on drinking lots of water inbetween meals to keep myself full

perfect! by the way if i remember correctly people need to drink a gallon of water a day. you may want to check on the details.

Its 2 liters, and an extra 8 ounces for extra 25 lbs of fat you have overweight. And 2 liters is like .2 of a gallon lol, or something like that I dont claim to be a expert on metric to standard measurement conversions lol

i never claimed to be an expert even with A`s and a B ... i just knew that a certain amount of water was better especially when trying to loose weight

oh and also try eating healthy and filling foods like apples
