Does anyone know what this does to healthy skin?

I'm assuming you mean the Wart/Verruca treatment. There isn't much it'll do. but it could cause the skin to go dry and red then peel or flake off. If it does anything worse than this you should consult your doctor before using it again.

Yea my friend is using it because she has some kind of growth on her foot (assuming its a corn) she has done what it says on the bottle and all around the corn feel like a water bed :| the doctor said it should come out in a couple of weeks and this was easily well over amonth ago. i think now it is also infected.

Has she been to hospital? If she thinks its infected then its better not to chance it just in case, it can end quite nasty if she leaves it to heal on its own, 9/10 it won't, it'll just get worse :/
