Sorry if I put this in the wrong place...I didn't know where. Feel free to move it.

Okay, I need some help. Next Tuesday I am going to get a physical. I know it doesn't sound that terrible, but I really don't want to "expose" myself to the doctor. You know, like show "down there." My mom says I have to, but I am kind of embarassed about it... I plan to wear tight skinny jeans and a tight belt so she can't surprise me (like last time ). My mom says I will have to take it ALL off though if I do. I REALLY REALLY don't want to though!!! I know it sounds like I am throwing a big tantrum over nothing...but...rgh...I just turned 13, I feel like that "area" should be private, and it just kinda goes against my dignity. It's hard to explain, but it just...is annoying. Sorry if that was hard to understand. Anyways, the advice I am looking for is what I should do so I don't have to take my pants off...excuses?Please don't tell me to get over it...it's kind of my "moral."

Thanks for reading,

~Caitlin

Well why exactly are you afraid of taking them off? He's a doctor so I think he would be extremely professional about it.

thats not bad at all, in fact most girls would be embarrassed if they didn't (not that that's bad, just them) I trimmed and the doctor didn't care at all.
