Hey guys I'm 13 and im starting to get kinda fat.. what workouts do you do? Do they work? Thanks for your help... Sorry this is kind of a weird question.

at the moment im running and doing weights at the gym. Abdomin exercises are good as well like crunches or sit up.

sit ups, crunches, running around randomly. I've been doing this for over a year and I have never gone past 120lbs

u don't necessarily have to do workouts if you want to lose weight.
You can do sports, watch what you eat/diet, or do workouts as well (there's some good workouts on youtube....type in passion4profession and check out their vids.)
check out sports and fitness as well, where this thread should be as well. :P

Try Sit ups or push ups or just play a physical sport. And eat right.

100 situps everday for the next 3 months, my friend did this and he got abs!

Exercise is important, but also have to watch watch you eat, especially reduce the amount of sugar. Eat complex carbs, and balance of fat (good kind) and protein. Learn to make good food choices, even when you get fast-food, there always better choices and bad choices. Just learn which ones are better.

anything cardio swmming, biking, walking, running or just getting involved in sport or physical activity. Push ups, sit ups and pull ups and what not are good but don't for get ur lower body squats and lunges are good to. Also watch your fast food and sugar intake.

I do push-ups and crunches every morning. It work's decent for me, everyone is slightly different, so you'll have to work at finding something that suites you body. Running, Sit ups, crunches, pull-ups, are all good exercises.

Exactly what I do. I don't really want chiseled abs (i think it looks horrid) and I have more than enough muscular thighs (rugby thighs) from all the sports I had done years ago. I just do cardio everyday, `mantain`the speed to about where I can still talk. I do it from 30-1 hour depending on my motivation, then I do pushups because strong and muscle-y arms are DOPE!

use dumbells for arms. run for your legs. crunches/sit ups for your abs. pecs, Lie on a decline and press two dumbbells straight into the air.
