Any one correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't it start the same time your able to produce sprem.. mine haven't drooped all the way.. but I heard your voice gets deeper and your balls get sore.. (mine used to for no reason)but correct me if I'm wrong lol

Let's get one thing clear. When people talk about their "balls dropping" in puberty, they are NOT referring to their testicles lowering, or even anything related to their testicles! Your balls dropping just refers to the sudden change for some in terms of their voice going lower, which is not determined by your testicles. Voice deepening is a long process for some, and almost an overnight thing for others. You'll know it's beginning to happen when your voice goes a bit squeaky now and again.

Everyone's body, and ages at a different rate. I know both boys and girls who went through puberty either early or late. For me, my voice never cracked, it's get sore for a week and it'd deepen in that time period, and this has happened 4times since the age of 12yo for me.

Well, its not going to happen overnight, thats for sure. The progress accumulates over several years. So there specific age that it will happen.
