My back went out today and my balls started hurting at the same time? Why does it hurt?

Hey hcm_2014,

As they members above have already mentioned is that you have probably over stretched one of the many muscles around the area of your lower back and its has continued down , Best suggestion i could think of is have a hot bath that will usually relax the muscle or if that doesn't work i would make an appointment with your doctor to get further information on what to do,
