Peeing Outside?

Do all boys enjoy peeing outside? I feel like I started really enjoying it when I began going through puberty.

I enjoy the wind on my "willie". I don't remember peeing outside until puberty, but then I started really enjoying being naked when I hit puberty. At 12 I began to skinnydip and fool around with friends and you don't get dressed after that to go pee....so.................? Is it part of puberty, not really, but just something you try in your experimenting in puberty.

Not sure if i enjoy peeing outside but I do enjoy the idea that if i need to I can but I kinda have a weird ocd thing with my hands so before I touch anyone Id have to wash my hands lol I get made fun of a lot for that
