Okay, This is the most popular form, and I cannot figure this out.. How does "Rep Points" work? Can you give them to people, and if so, How? :what:

Actually, that's the amount of rep she has, not her rep power.

If you look to the left side, there's a little Weight thingy, click on it and you can give/take it from/to members for that post. :)
